This traditional Chinese medical helps to invigorate the spleen, eliminate dampness, promote the circulation of Qi, reduce phlegm, diminish inflammation, and relieve cough. It has been traditionally used for relieving chesty and bronchial cough.
This Traditional Chinese Medicine has been traditionally
used to regulate the Qi, drains dampness & helps in weight
management. Symptoms & Signs:
Fatigue, Weight gain, craving sweets, irregular bowel
action. Formula to balancing internal functions of human body and promoting metabolism.
Uses:
Weight loss, hunger, abdominal congestion, constipation, diarrhea, support spleen
Directions:
Take 9 tablets each day, three tablets 1/2 hour before
meals over a period of 3 months. (It is important to take
the tablets before or after meals. They should not be taken
with meals.)
For Best results the three months should be completed
without a break, however, should it be impossible to avoid
a break in the treatment, the treatment should be resumed
at double dosage for the length of the break. ADULTS ONLY
TCM Applications:
Weight gain due to Spleen Qi deficiency with stagnation of
qi and blood and the accumulation of damp.
P) Deep, slippery or choppy.
T) May be pale and or thick greasy coat.
TCM Action:
Tonifies Qi, strengthens the Spleen and drains dampness,

Remarks:
Diet:
We do not advocate harsh diets. for best results, we do
recommend that your daily calorie intake should be not
more than 2000. Within this, total carbohydrates should not
exceed 400 grams, protein 150 grams (no fat) and fat and oil
50 grams.
Exercise:
The more exercise you can do, the better. You should walk
for at least 1/2 hour each day. This does not include walking
around the house.
Warnings:
Although not contraindicated in pregnancy we do not
recommend dieting during pregnancy. Nor do we
recommend this formula as it contains mild blood
movers and qi regulating herbs.

bowel syndrome. Symptoms & Signs: Acute gastroenteritis, Diarrhoea, Colitis, Continuous
borborygmus, Differentiated pain in the abdomen
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) with lower abdominal
pain, and bloating associated with alteration of bowel
habits and abdominal discomfort, which starts with the
urge to defecate and subsides after completion. Traditionally used to treat digestive issues associated with Liver over controlling the Spleen, in conditions like diagnosed IBS.
Uses:
Acute gastroenteritis, Diarrhoea, Colitis, Continuous
borborygmus, Differentiated pain in the abdomen
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) with lower abdominal
pain, and bloating associated with alteration of bowel
habits and abdominal upset and discomfort, which starts with the
urge to defecate and subsides after completion, Liver support, support spleen
Directions:
Take 1-2 capsules twice per day with a cup of warm water.

Remarks:
Calms pain, Stops diarrhea
The abdominal pain type is usually described in a patient as
either diarrhea-predominant (IBS-D),
constipation-predominant (IBS-C) or IBS with alternating
stool pattern (IBS-A).
This formula is used for IBS-A and IBS-D patterns.
Please ensure the correct pattern differentiation is made for
the patient as they often fall into at least 4 TCM categories
of disease within the Western Label of IBS.
Warnings:
Differentiate pattern clearly and ensure diarrhea does
not continue for long period without further
intervention.
