pain, abdominal pain menstrual pain, cold and numb or
stiff extremities, reduced joint mobility. Traditionally used to treat Cold Bi Syndrome (Type of Arthritic pattern) with a pattern of
Wind Cold Damp, improves mobility and reduces pain.
This Traditional Chinese Medicine has been traditionally
used to regulate the Qi & Xue (Blood), helps relieve
nervous tension, stress and mild anxiety. Symptoms & Signs:
Menstrual Pain, Irregular or early period, intercostal pain,
abdominal distension, discomfort of chest and
hypochondrium aggravated by emotional upset poor
appetite, restlessness, mental depression, irritability,
belching, indigestion, breast distension or pain, constipation. Traditionally used to for a large variety of stress related disorders with an underlying pattern
of Qi & Xue (Blood) stagnation, including nervous tension, stress and mild anxiety.
Uses:
Menstrual Pain, Irregular or early period, intercostal pain,
abdominal distension, discomfort of chest and
hypochondrium aggravated by emotional upset poor

Directions:
Take 1-2 capsules twice per day with a cup of warm water.

Remarks:
For constraint of Liver Qi with clumping of Liver Qi usually
resulting in hypochondriac pain. Additional Comment:
This formula is very simple and effective. Because it only
has five ingredients it is often modified or added together
with another formula. Because of this it is formula can be
used in combination with other patent formulas to treat
diseases that have a component of Liver Qi stagnation,
emotional stagnation. It is most commonly used when
there is pain associated with the stagnation.
Warnings:
Cold & Heat patterns, severe Yin or Blood deficiency.
Chronic use of this formula may cause dryness.

Directions:
Do not use if container mouth seal is missing or broken. Take 8 pills 3 times per day, 1/2-1 hour away from meals with a cup of warm water. Otherwise take as directed by your traditional Chnises medical practitioner.
