Uses:
Traditionally used in Chinese Medicine muscle and joint cramps, pain, twitches, sprain, bruises and aches.
Directions:
Apply 2-3 drops to the affected area. Massage gently with the thumb for 10 minutes, repeat over 4 hours until pain is relieved.
